Construction of the new student housing building is progressing as planned. With foundation and pile work substantially complete, the project has moved into the next major phase: vertical construction.
Structural elements of the building are beginning to take shape as crews work on concrete pours for the lower levels. The tower crane is in full operation, lifting materials into place as the structure rises.
Meanwhile, utility work remains ongoing, with crews continuing work across the site. All construction activities are being carried out in accordance with the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and other regulatory requirements.
